Learn more about Ocean Literacy, and contribute in the ongoing efforts of developing a local ocean literacy program for the Bay of Bengal region and Bangladesh.
This daylong consultation workshop is part of the ongoing local Ocean literacy efforts. If you did not already, please go through the brief history of the early development process (click here) and the guidebook available here in Bangla and here in English. The workshop’s program includes intensive consultation sessions about how we as a group of volunteer collaborators can draft a new and improved version of the ‘Bay of Bengal Literacy: Essential Principles and Fundamental Concepts’ guidebook. At the end of the program, there will be a two- hours long closing session where the public officials, development partners, and the UN officials will join the participants.
